CHALLENGE

Dr.Jart+ is a pioneer and the first “Dermaster” brand in the expanding wave of Korean beauty otherwise known as “K-beauty”. Its scientific roots and dermatology-based, innovative product offering, paired with a highly creative image and packaging, resulted in rapid international growth. Distributed in Italy through Sephora, the brand decided to hire a dedicated Communications Agency at the beginning of 2018 in order to permeate the Italian market with a strong digital focus aimed at increasing visibility, brand awareness and creating a buzz.

OUR WORK

Since our collaboration began in January 2018, we developed and executed a multi-channel media strategy to promote the name, brand and image of Dr. Jart+. In close collaboration with the client, Sephora, Dr. Jart+ and the European distributor, we activated targeted media relations, impactful digital campaigns and staged related events.

RESULTS

We succeeded in creating a swift increase in brand awareness, visibility, credibility and we inspired product loyalty among key editors and influencers. Dr. Jart+ is now ‘top of mind’, recognized for its key elements and intrinsic value proposition: a high-tech beauty range with a unique brand image. We positioned Dr. Jart+ as a dermatological brand that answers to all age groups in search of cutting-edge, scientifically proven skincare that combines active ingredients with an original and dynamic product identity.
