CHALLENGE

WhiteWall, three-time winner of the world’s “best photo lab” by the TIPA Awards, is a premier global provider of high-end photo prints and objects of professional quality, worthy of the finest art galleries.

As it expands in the French market, WhiteWall has entrusted to IC Insight the role of reinforcing its position in the French photo world, to increase its exposure among professional and amateur photographers, but also art, design and interior decoration lovers. To support this strategy, IC has developed and implemented impactful PR campaigns to highlight WhiteWall’s expertise and values. IC continues to advise WhiteWall as it develops special projects in partnership with key local players in the world of photography.

OUR WORK

Since 2020, we are handling WhiteWall’s press and public relations activities in France to support its dynamic growth, affirm its leadership and establish it a reference in the sectors of professional photography, art and lifestyle through increased awareness, visibility, brand reputation and word-of-mouth.

Our strategy aims to increase brand awareness and create high-impact visibility and editorial coverage, position WhiteWall as leading online photo service provider and best photo lab in the world; promote WhiteWall’s technical know-how and capacities as the first choice for professional and amateur photographers, art institutions, galleries, collectors and companies; clearly communicate the core values of WhiteWall and its unique savoir-faire and value proposition; establish and strengthen relationships between WhiteWall, key editors, professionals, institutions and leading figures in the art world, as well as amateur photographers and art lovers at the most effective levels.

To meet these objectives, we have elaborated and implemented dedicated PR campaigns to secure prominent brand profiles and product placements in key trade and lifestyle media in France.

RESULTS

IC’s communication strategy has been perfectly aligned with WhiteWall’s communication objectives, with a focus on corporate communication and product awareness in the main trade and lifestyle publications.
