CHALLENGE

We were hired to swiftly create brand awareness and visibility, in order to support and drive sales in the Maison’s first flagship store in Italy, a market known for its strong local competition. Subsequently we were asked to focus on the Van Cleef & Arpels timepieces, one of the Maison’s fastest growing product categories.

OUR WORK

We developed and implemented a three-year strategic program of targeted press and public relations activity, impactful presentations and special events in Italy and abroad. We also supported the Maison during important fairs such as the SIHH in Geneva.

RESULTS

Our impactful and on-going media coverage (brand sagas and product placement PR), ensured Van Cleef & Arpels swiftly became top of mind among key editors and influencers, and it was soon seen to be one of the most coveted and covered jewelry brands in Italy. Our industry knowledge and highly-focused activities saw us successfully launch a number of individual products, as well as its high-end jewelry range, and the timepieces achieved great visibility – desirability and sell-through – amongst key players and key clients.
