CHALLENGE

Since the iconic brand was established in New York in 1980, the Carolina Herrera name has been synonymous with style and sophistication. As it prepared to open a CH Carolina Herrera flagship store in Paris in 2011, we were hired to launch the CH Carolina Herrera lifestyle brand in France and to raise Carolina Herrera’s profile amongst leading French fashion editors.

OUR WORK

Strategically we positioned CH Carolina Herrera as an upscale, lifestyle brand with its own merits, not as a second line to the Carolina Herrera New York range. We created desirability through highly-targeted media relations activity and ensured the CH ready-to-wear collection and accessories were see in target media, on all the right people and in all the right places. We also created in-store events that targeted media, influencers and potential clients. Significantly, we also secured the attendance of top-tier French editors at the Carolina Herrera New York shows during New York Fashion Week.

RESULTS

CH Carolina Herrera is firmly established in France as a lifestyle brand and regularly featured in top-tier publications, with coverage ranging from corporate stories to brand features and product placement PR. Our work has succeeded in getting both French and international shoppers into the store and significantly, top French editors are now regularly attending and reviewing the Carolina Herrera New York show, raising the brand’s profile even further.
