CHALLENGE

Battersea Power Station is an iconic building on the River Thames in London. It is currently being redeveloped into a premium residential and leisure neighbourhood. The Battersea Power Station Development Company was taking Battersea Power Station global with a worldwide tour starting in Paris, France. The aim was to raise awareness about the British capital’s largest and most central real estate development, in order to attract buyers and tenants. We were hired to organize the international launch at the British Embassy in presence of Ambassador Sir Peter Ricketts, as well as implement a media relations campaign.

OUR WORK

We liaised with Battersea Power Station’s lead agency in the UK and organized a seamless event that attracted potential investors, as well as key media contacts and influencers. A media relations campaign, positioning Battersea Power Station as desirable and accessible, succeeded in highlighting its benefits to potential investors both before and after the launch event.

RESULTS

The launch event was hailed as a great success. Battersea Power Station achieved considerable, positive exposure in property, design and lifestyle media and was positioned as an excellent investment for buyers.
